The room I had wassuper clean and cozy . Plus, the onsite restaurant offered good food that exceeded my expectations.
The customer service left a lot to be desired, with rude interactions and mismanagement at times that soured my experience.

Polite staff, the hotel is reasonably clean and location comfy and great. Reasonably spacious & brand-new room with the king bed. Excellent service and the food is reasonably priced. The pool is heated and relaxing too.

The location features convenient access to the main roadways as needed. The outdoor fire pits provide a nice touch for evening relaxation with the right company.
Housekeeping neglect resulted in unclean rooms without bed changes over multiple nights, while the air conditioning units struggled to operate quietly was nice. On top of that, key card issues required multiple trips to reception for replacements, which quickly became a hassle.
